I love that Claudia is always dropping videos/ voice messages/ webinars. I understand Claudia is a really busy person but this makes me feel like she is prioritising the wellness programme all the time. Even though there are 60 girls on the programme it still feels personal. I love in every zoom before each move Claudia will demonstrate the move, even if it’s something we have done before, some PT’s would expect clients to learn the names of the moves and have proper from after a week. Claudia takes her time with the clients and doesn’t rush them.

Loving the programme I feel like I expected so much less for the money I paid. Most definitely getting the results I want- losing weight and improving my mental health/ fitness.

Absolutely love the programme, enjoy all of the sessions sometimes I plateau with the number on the scales but a look and feel so much better in myself. My physical and mental health have definitely improved massively especially my mental which is definitely because of the meditation and all of your support with the journaling and webinars etc.

I absolutely love the programme it gets better every intake and it’s part of my routine now and something I am so glad to be a part of. My strength has improved and I do feel like I push myself in the workouts. I have seen such a positive impact on my mental health and I have taken so much from the programme and the advice that you give. I am much calmer and more aware of how I react to situations. I speak much more positive to myself and find myself turning negatives into positives and not letting things get to me that I can’t control.

I always feel so comfortable when coming onto the zoom with Claudia and the other girls, I feel so much better mentally and feel so much fitter physically.

I am enjoying the program up to now. Claudia does put a lot of time and effort into us all. It’s only early days and I am seeing results I expected at this stage in terms of weight loss but I feel I have gained a lot more in terms of mental and physical health improvement which is one of the main factors I chose this program because I needed a complete mindset change for the rest to follow

I absolutely love the programme. The difference its made to me on every part. I originally started to lose weight, but that’s not even a massive thing now. Just seeing the difference in my fitness levels and how much better my mental health is I am made up. Its nice that other people notice it too that I’m more positive

I started the wellness programme with Claudia back in August and it is honestly the best decision I have ever made. I decided to message Claudia after feeling low and putting on some lockdown weight as I’d seen so many amazing transformations from her and my sister had been training with her for over a year and loved it! I was living such an unhealthy lifestyle before starting the programme which was mainly down to just laziness I had no motivation to plan and prepare healthy food or to exercise, I now have a much better understanding of what macros and calories I should be having and how to plan and track my food all from Claudia’s help from providing me with a diet plan at the beginning and preparing webinars on food tracking and what supplements and vitamins are beneficial and I now love planning my food each day and feel like I have learned so much! I remember feeling a bit apprehensive about the group training as I didn’t really know what to expect but I’m so happy I decided to do this, it’s so motivating being surrounded by an amazing group of girls all aiming for similar goals and being in the group chat has also been a life saver through lockdown as Claudia has gave amazing support and it gives me motivation to stay positive! Claudia has also introduced me to so many positive habits that I now practice every day which I am so grateful for such as meditation, journaling and even just going on walks and getting those steps in makes me feel so much better. Before being introduced to these daily habits I was always inconsistent with my moods but having these to focus on and practicing gratitude each day has also improved my mental health massively! Claudia has helped change my outlook on life so much, I feel so much more positive and I can’t thank her enough! I feel a lot happier, stronger and confident in myself and I’m really excited to start the next intake of wellness with Claudia!!

I wanted to get fit and was worried about joining a group, as I thought I was too old and too unfit.Claudia has been amazing from the start ,she has pushed me when needed and encouraged me if I struggled.The online Wellness group has been brilliant ,not only has it taught me to look after my body but also my mental and emotional wellbeing too.I have loved the meditation with Lindsey ,never would I have thought that I would get up at 5:45am to do meditation but I look forward to it ! I am the fittest I have ever been and I have loads of energy .

I’ve always had a horrible relationship with food and I’ve constantly eaten food and then tried to burn off the calories or deprived myself of foods that I love so that I ‘look good’ or fit into the smaller sizes in the shops, while being miserable for it. After the first lockdown I was eating terrible and not exercising at all and I had put weight on and realised I wanted to lose the weight I’d gained healthily for a change. After my mum had such amazing results with Claudia I decided to bite the bullet and join too. I can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve done. I’m so much fitter, stronger and mentally stronger too. I have found meditation to help me sleep and how journaling is so helpful to me – something I had never even thought of before! Claudia is so positive and supporting of everything I do and I genuinely can’t thank her enough for helping me change my mindset from a ‘diet’ to a ‘lifestyle’. I already can’t wait for the new year to get right back into training and seeing how much more I can better myself

After the last 8 weeks and working really hard etc I’ve made the decision to start coming off my anxiety medication, because I finally feel like I’m in a place where I can do it and I’ve got the tools to cope and a lot of that is down to you and this programme I’m quite excited to see what I’m actually capable of doing purely through my own mind and strength. When I seen the wellness with claudia programme I thought it sounded perfect!
It has made such a massive difference to me and completely changed my outlook on food, exercise & my own wellbeing.
I originally joined to lose weight as I had started to put back what I lost after having my little boy. I soon found it to be so much more, it has introduced me to meditation & yoga which I’d never tried and now loveee! So much thought goes into everything and claudia is always there to support us all 100%!! The webinars are so interesting and the time and effort put in by claudia really shows!

I’m so glad the Wellness with Claudia programme was recommended to me; it’s helped me not only change my body but also my mind. I’ve particularly liked the zoom workouts as this is super convenient for me to be able to workout in my own living room, I’ve definitely felt more comfortable exercising because of this programme! I started Claudia’s programme because I have always tried to go the gym and go on diets but never been able to be consistent and find the motivation. As soon as I started the programme, Claudia helped me set goals and gave me the mindset and tools to achieve them. I wanted to tone up and live a better lifestyle, not a quick fix, which is definitely what I have achieved and will continue to. The one thing I’ve learnt with Claudia is that being on a diet doesn’t mean you have to starve yourself or cut out your favourite foods, it’s just learning how to eat them in balance with other foods. I really don’t know what I would of done without this programme, especially with lockdown, it has been a lifesaver!

I started this programme not long after staring my new job. It was my first desk job and I was travelling for 2 hours a day so I found myself struggling to find the time to exercise and my energy levels were lower than they have ever been. Since starting the programme Claudia has helped me learn that you are the only person standing in your way and anything is possible if you want it enough. I love everything about this programme especially how it isn’t just about fitness but focuses on mental health too with the weekly webinars and meditation. With the help and support from Claudia and all the girls, since starting the programme, I have so much more energy, my mood has improved and I feel like a better version of myself. I can’t imagine my life any other way now so thank you!
