121 Personal Training

This is our most premium and bespoke service here at the studio.

Are you someone who struggles with what to do in the gym alone? Doesn’t feel comfortable training in a busy gym environment? Feels like you never progress or see results trying to do it on your own?

Would you love to have a specific programme tailored to you to follow? Would you love to have structure, routine and accountability to help you stay on track and keep you motivated? If you have answered yes to any of the above, 121 training is for you!

You will work with one of our personal trainers on a 121 basis for 12 weeks. Firstly completing a thorough consultation to understand your goals, where you are currently at and to create a plan moving forwards. Then at your first session we will complete an initial assessment to understand your fitness levels, technique and strength which will enable us to design a programme that is specifically tailored to you and designed to help you reach your goals.

Monthly unlimited group pass

This is our most popular service in the studio where you will train within a group of maximum 12 other ladies and still work with one of our trainers on a 121 basis outside of sessions with 121 personalised weekly check ins.

Sessions are in a private a ladies only studio. Sessions vary from weight training, glute workouts, boxing, kettlebells, HIIT, running, team work outs and much more.

No experience is needed to join, any fitness level, experience or age is welcome at the studio.

There are 30 group sessions per week for you to choose from and you can attend as little or as many as you like all for the same price. Times range from 5:30am to 6:30pm. We have sessions on 7 days a week.

This service is a lot cheaper than 121 training however you still get 121 personalised nutritional support and a weekly check in with your coach all for a fraction of the 121 price.

8 week beginner group training course

This course is suitable for complete beginners who are new to the gym or people who are going to the gym but don’t feel like they have a clue what they are doing.

For those who want to learn the correct way to lift weights, learn technique, get stronger and fitter under the supervision of qualified coaches.

Everyone on the group will be at the same level.

There’s maximum 8 spaces per group so you will work with the same 8 ladies throughout the 8 weeks

We will start off at a much slower pace and build it up over the 8 weeks which will be the perfect transition for those who want to join our monthly unlimited group training pass.

We have 2 options

Monday & Wednesday 7:30pm – 8 weeks

Tuesday & Thursday 7:30pm – 8 weeks
