Hey I’m Claudia Sanjurgo and I’ve been a personal trainer since June 2018.

I became a personal trainer as I have a love to help people and after falling in love with training and fitness throughout the loss of my mum, I decided I wanted to pursue a career in it.

I want to help and empower as many women as possible to make a healthy, sustainable lifestyle change through exercise, mindfulness & nutrition.

Exercise has taught me that even in your darkest times, exercising will allow you to see some light.

In June 2018 when I qualified I started with 121 personal training along-side my part time job in Lloyds Bank.

I set myself a goal to leave my part time job by winter 2019, after being fully booked straight away, I achieved that 12 months early and left in February 2019.

I then started group coaching as this was the only way to allow me to reach out and coach more women.

In November 2019 I took the plunge to set up 121 online training. This has been an absolute success so far and it has allowed me to help and coach people throughout the pandemic.

Towards the end of 2020 I decided to launch an affordable online lifestyle programme called Wellness With Claudia.

A programme that focuses on exercising the mind as well as the body. We do exercise, meditation, yoga, cognitive behavioural therapy, educational webinars and so much more.

All for less than £2 per day over an 8 week period.

No matter what programme you go for, you will have my support & knowledge throughout your journey.

I am here to help you become the happiest, healthiest, strongest version of yourself.

My dream from the very beginning was to own my own ladies only fitness studio. After years of saving, working hard to build my reputation and name up I opened my very own studio in September 2021… Alma Fitness Studio.

My vision and goal with Alma Fitness Studio was to create a ladies only community, where you fall in love with exercise, make friends and become the best version of yourself, whilst having a ball along the way.

We offer different programmes and training options to suit you and your goals at the studio.

No matter what programme you go for, you will have my support & knowledge throughout your journey.
